Themed Cocktail

The Festivus Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz rye whiskey
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz club soda
  • 1 lemon peel

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine rye, honey syrup, lemon juice, and Aperol in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  3. 3Top with club soda and stir once.
