Themed Cocktail
The Copa Sour
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz blood orange juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz demerara syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Combine rum, Campari, blood orange juice, lemon juice, demerara syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
- 3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Express an orange peel over the surface, rub the rim, and drop it in.
