1Combine rum, Midori, lime juice, coconut cream, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over ice.
3Slowly pour the grenadine down the inside of the glass to create a layered effect at the bottom.
