Themed Cocktail
The Stab Sequel
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 1 oz dark cherry juice
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz hibiscus grenadine
- 1 tsp activated charcoal syrup
- 2 oz ginger beer
Instructions:
- 1Combine mezcal, dark cherry juice, lemon juice, hibiscus grenadine, and charcoal syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 3Top carefully with ginger beer and allow the layers to settle briefly.
- 4Garnish with a skewered dark cherry and a thin strip of lemon peel.
