Themed Cocktail
Clementine's Tangerine Dream
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 1 oz fresh tangerine juice
- 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Black lava salt for rim
Instructions:
- 1Rim a rocks glass with honey and dip in black lava salt — let it set
- 2Combine mezcal, tangerine juice, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and honey in a shaker with ice
- 3Shake hard for 15 seconds until the honey is fully dissolved
- 4Fill the rimmed glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail over it
- 5The drink should be a vivid red-orange against the dark salted rim
- 6Garnish with a charred tangerine half and a sprig of fresh rosemary
