The Centennial Crush

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz tequila blanco
  • 0.75 oz watermelon juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
  • 2 oz sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
  4. 4Top with sparkling water.
  5. 5Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a lime wheel — fake plans, real feelings.
