Themed Cocktail
The Amsterdam Fog
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz jenever gin
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Combine jenever, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a highball glass over ice.
- 3Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- 4Twist a lemon peel over the glass and drop it in.
