The Rules

Themed Cocktail
The Heart of the Ocean
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Cognac
- 0.75 oz Chambord
- 0.5 oz crème de violette
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz Champagne
- 1 blue sugar crystal rim and lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Rim a coupe glass with blue sugar crystals moistened with lemon juice.
- 2Combine Cognac, Chambord, crème de violette, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake for 10 seconds and strain into the prepared coupe.
