Themed Cocktail
Lady Violet's Barb
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dry sherry
- 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Combine sherry, Lillet Blanc, simple syrup, bitters, and lemon juice in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir for 20 seconds until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
- 4Twist a lemon peel over the surface to express oils and drape it on the rim.
