- Sip — Austin Ames exchanges anonymous messages with Sam without knowing who she is
- Sip — Carter Farrell gives Sam practical advice she mostly ignores in favor of Austin
- Sip — Sam's college fund situation is referenced or threatened by Fiona
- Drink Twice — Austin and Sam meet at the Halloween dance before midnight
- Drink Twice — Fiona forges Sam's father's will documents and it nearly works
- Drink Twice — Austin's friends pressure him to ignore Sam publicly at school
- Shot — Austin discovers Sam is the girl from the dance by finding her cell phone
- Shot — Sam confronts Fiona about the will and the inheritance in front of witnesses
- Chug — Austin finds Sam in the rain and delivers his speech in the school parking lot
Themed Cocktail
The Midnight Pumpkin
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 1 oz fresh pumpkin spice syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 2 oz sparkling apple cider
Instructions:
- 1Combine tequila, pumpkin spice syrup, lemon juice, and triple sec in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a champagne flute.
- 4Top with sparkling apple cider.
- 5Garnish with a cinnamon stick — leave before midnight or the whole thing falls apart.
