- Shot — Kate's aerosol seeding formula is successfully dispersed inside a tornado funnel

Ingredients:
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz cucumber juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes celery bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine tequila, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, cucumber juice, simple syrup, and celery bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 15 seconds.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon wrapped inside the glass and a lime wheel on the rim.
