Rumpelstiltskin's Contract Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz fig syrup
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 0.5 oz egg white or aquafaba
- 1 tsp black sesame bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice.
- 2Dry shake for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white — read the fine print before you sign.
