Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz amaro Montenegro
1 egg white
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, amaro, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2Dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
3Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
