Themed Cocktail
Mrs. Doubtfire's British Nanny Shandy
Ingredients:
- 12 oz pale ale
- 4 oz cold ginger lemonade
- 0.5 oz elderflower cordial
- 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey syrup
- 1 lemon wheel
Instructions:
- 1Chill a pint glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- 2Add elderflower cordial, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup to the glass and stir briefly.
- 3Pour cold ginger lemonade halfway up the glass.
- 4Gently pour the pale ale down the side of the glass to preserve the head.
- 5Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim — serve immediately, dearie.
