Themed Cocktail
The Rosati's Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz fresh blood orange juice
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 3 oz dry prosecco
- 1 oz sparkling water
- 1 blood orange slice
Instructions:
- 1Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour in Aperol, blood orange juice, and elderflower liqueur.
- 2Stir once to combine.
- 3Top with prosecco and sparkling water in equal measure.
- 4Garnish with a blood orange slice floated on top — effortlessly cool, like this show deserved more seasons.
