Ingredients:

2 oz coconut rum
0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
1 oz coconut water
0.25 oz butterfly pea flower syrup

Instructions:

1Combine coconut rum, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, honey syrup, and coconut water in a shaker with ice.
2Shake gently for 10 seconds — this drink is about clarity, not aggression.
3Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
4Float butterfly pea flower syrup on top in one continuous slow pour along the side of the glass.
