Themed Cocktail

Elsa's Frozen Palace

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz coconut rum
  • 0.75 oz blue pea flower syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1.5 oz sparkling water
  • 0.25 oz silver shimmer dust syrup

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine coconut rum, blue pea flower syrup, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 10 seconds — the lemon juice will turn the blue syrup vivid purple-violet.
  3. 3Strain into a tall chilled glass over crushed ice.
  4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir once.
  5. 5Garnish with a sugar-frost rim achieved by dipping the glass in egg white then fine sugar — the whole glass should look like an ice palace.
