The Rules
- Sip — Sean Archer or Castor Troy touches their own face meaningfully on screen
- Sip — Castor Troy references or sings a song in an eerily theatrical way
- Sip — The hovercraft magnetic face-removal surgical procedure is referenced or shown
- Sip — Archer-as-Troy or Troy-as-Archer slips up and shows their true personality
- Sip — Castor Troy's brother Pollux Troy appears or assists with the prison escape plan
- Drink Twice — A character who should recognize Archer or Troy fails to see through the disguise
- Drink Twice — The speedboat chase sequence cuts between both men racing toward each other
- Drink Twice — Eve Archer is deceived by Troy-as-Archer and treats him as her husband
- Shot — John Travolta and Nicolas Cage simultaneously point guns at each other's faces in a mirror
- Shot — Castor Troy is killed in the final speedboat crash and Archer reclaims his real face
- Chug — Troy-as-Archer shoots Archer's son Michael while Archer watches helplessly in prison
Themed Cocktail
Peach for Hours
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 1 oz peach nectar
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- 2 dashes smoked chili bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine mezcal, peach nectar, lemon juice, Aperol, agave syrup, and smoked chili bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 15 seconds.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Spritz the surface with a small amount of mezcal from a bar atomizer for smoke effect.
- 5Garnish with a thin peach slice balanced on the coupe rim.
