Themed Cocktail
The Cooper Nielsen
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz cognac
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 2 oz sparkling wine
Instructions:
- 1Combine cognac, lemon juice, honey syrup, elderflower liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a champagne flute.
- 4Top with sparkling wine.
- 5Garnish with a lemon twist — classical foundation, rebellious finish.
