NY152 Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients:

1 oz gin
1 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
3 oz Champagne
2 dashes lavender bitters

Instructions:

1Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and lavender bitters in a shaker with ice
2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
3Top slowly with Champagne and stir once
4The lavender and elderflower should give a distinctly autumnal floral aroma
