Themed Cocktail
The Boyd Plan
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila añejo
- 0.5 oz mezcal
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash black lava salt on top
Instructions:
- 1Combine tequila, mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- 3Finish with a single dash of black lava salt dropped in the center.
