Themed Cocktail

Paradise Falls Floater

Ingredients:

1.5 oz coconut rum
0.75 oz passion fruit puree
0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz mango juice
0.25 oz grenadine

Instructions:

1Combine coconut rum, passion fruit puree, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and mango juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a clear tall glass over ice.
3Slowly pour grenadine down the side of the glass to sink and create a sunset gradient.
4Do not stir — let the colors layer to represent the Venezuelan waterfall skies.
5Garnish with a skewer of multicolored tropical fruits to represent the balloon house ascending.
