Ingredients:

1 oz grenadine
1.5 oz peach schnapps
1 oz orange juice
1.5 oz white rum
1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz blue curaçao

Instructions:

1Pour grenadine into the bottom of a hurricane glass with ice.
2Layer peach schnapps and orange juice by pouring slowly over a spoon.
3Add white rum and pineapple juice as the next layer.
4Float blue curaçao on top to create a rainbow gradient.
5Do not stir — serve with a long straw.
