Themed Cocktail
Alabama Sweet Tea Smash
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 3 oz sweet tea
- Fresh mint and peach
Instructions:
- 1Muddle 3 fresh mint leaves and a peach slice with honey syrup at the bottom of a tall glass
- 2Fill the glass with ice and add bourbon, peach schnapps, and lemon juice
- 3Stir from the bottom to incorporate the muddled peach and mint
- 4Top with cold sweet tea and stir once more gently
- 5The bourbon and peach should feel unmistakably Southern — warm, sweet, and a little dangerous
- 6Garnish with a fresh peach wedge, a mint bouquet, and a lemon wheel on the rim
