Themed Cocktail
Hamptons Rose Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dry rosé wine
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Fresh strawberries
Instructions:
- 1Muddle two fresh strawberries with raspberry syrup in the bottom of a wine glass
- 2Fill the glass with fresh ice and add rosé wine and elderflower liqueur
- 3Add lemon juice and stir gently from the bottom to incorporate
- 4Top with sparkling water and stir once more
- 5The drink should be a layered blush pink — sophisticated and slightly conflicted like Rachel
- 6Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim and a sprig of fresh mint
