  • Sip — A new hidden code, invisible ink message, or cipher is discovered on a document or object
  • Sip — Agent Sadusky chases Ben Gates through a landmark government building
  • Sip — Ben Gates quotes a Founding Father by name or reads from a historical document
  • Drink Twice — Ben Gates steals the Declaration of Independence from the National Archives
  • Drink Twice — The freemason eye or pyramid symbol appears on screen as a clue
  • Drink Twice — Abigail Chase is taken hostage or used as leverage against Ben by Ian Howe
  • Shot — The treasure chamber beneath Trinity Church in New York is finally revealed — vast gold extends to the horizon

Themed Cocktail

Franklin's Bifocals

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz peach schnapps
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 oz ginger ale

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, peach schnapps, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  3. 3Top with ginger ale and stir once gently.
  4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist and a skewer of dried cranberries arranged to look like letters.
