Themed Cocktail
House of El
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz silver tequila
- 0.75 oz blue pea flower–infused elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz grapefruit juice
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- 1 oz sparkling water
Instructions:
- 1Shake tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and agave syrup with ice for 12 seconds.
- 2Strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice.
- 3Top with sparkling water and stir once gently.
- 4Garnish with a grapefruit twist expressed over the glass and a strip of red cape-shaped fruit leather draped over the rim.
