Themed Cocktail
Natalie's Portobello Sling
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz cherry brandy
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 3 oz sparkling water
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a tall Collins glass over fresh ice
- 3Add Angostura bitters and stir gently once
- 4Top with sparkling water and stir from the bottom one more time
- 5The drink should be a rich rosy red — festive and approachable
- 6Garnish with a skewer of three fresh cherries and a lemon wedge on the rim
