  • Sip — the alley gang drinks Alamo Beer against the fence without comment
  • Sip — Bobby Hill delivers a punchline and laugh-tracks himself with 'That's my punchline!'
  • Sip — Dale Gribble adjusts his sunglasses and references a conspiracy theory
  • Sip — Bill Dauterive mentions his ex-wife Lenore with fresh heartbreak
  • Drink Twice — Boomhauer says an entire long sentence that no one understands
  • Drink Twice — Hank is more offended by something improper than by something harmful
  • Drink Twice — Cotton Hill replaces a story's hero with himself and a war injury detail
  • Shot — Hank stands up for propane in an argument against charcoal with genuine passion

Themed Cocktail

Alamo Shandy

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz light lager (Lone Star or Pearl)
  • 4 oz fresh lemonade
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. 1Pour lemonade and honey syrup into a cold pint glass and stir to combine.
  2. 2Hold the glass at an angle and slowly pour the lager down the side to preserve carbonation.
  3. 3Add a pinch of sea salt over the top.
  4. 4Squeeze the lemon wedge in and drop it on the rim — Hank would call this a good honest drink.
