Themed Cocktail
The Du Jour
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz passion fruit juice
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 1 tsp hibiscus syrup
Instructions:
- 1Combine tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and passion fruit juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a tall glass over ice.
- 4Top with sparkling water.
- 5Drop hibiscus syrup in the center and let it bleed out — rock and roll and subliminal messages.
