Ingredients:

1.5 oz dark rum
0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder (dissolved in 0.5 oz hot water, cooled)

Instructions:

1Combine dark rum, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, coconut rum, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
3Slowly pour the butterfly pea flower liquid over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
4Garnish with a lime wheel and a small paper boat folded from a napkin.
