Ingredients:

2 oz gin
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz blue butterfly pea syrup
1 tsp aquafaba (for foam)
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

1Dry shake gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, butterfly pea syrup, and aquafaba without ice for 20 seconds
2Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds to chill
3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass
4Add two dashes of Peychaud's bitters on the foam and use a toothpick to swirl a pattern
5Garnish with a lemon peel twist resting on the foam
