Themed Cocktail
Slappin' Bass Collins
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 1 tsp fresh basil syrup
- 3 oz club soda
- 2 fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- 1Muddle fresh basil leaves with simple syrup and basil syrup in a shaker.
- 2Add gin, lemon juice, and ice and shake for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with ice.
- 4Top with club soda and stir once.
- 5Garnish with a fresh basil sprig and a lemon wheel.
