Grey Sloan Sidecar
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz cognac
- 0.75 oz Cointreau
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 1 tsp sugar for rim
- 1 lemon twist
Instructions:
- 1Rim a coupe glass with granulated sugar using a lemon wedge.
- 2Combine cognac, Cointreau, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake hard for 15 seconds until very cold.
- 4Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.
- 5Express a lemon twist over the top and lay it across the rim — clean lines, like a good surgeon.
