Themed Cocktail
The Antonia Graza
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dark rum
- 0.75 oz coffee liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz demerara syrup
- 2 dashes mole bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine dark rum, coffee liqueur, lime juice, and demerara syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Add mole bitters on top.
