Ingredients:

1.5 oz gin
0.75 oz Aperol
0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
1 oz prosecco
1 sprig fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions:

1Combine gin, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a stemmed coupe glass.
