- Sip — Ash says 'Groovy,' 'Good,' 'Bad,' or 'Ugly' to himself with full swagger
- Sip — tiny miniature Ash clones swarm over Ash in the windmill scene
- Sip — the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis speaks, grimaces, or screams with its face
- Sip — Ash mispronounces or forgets the three words — 'Klaatu Barada Nikto'
- Drink Twice — Ash uses a medieval prop — catapult, sword, shield — he built with 20th century knowledge
- Drink Twice — the Deadite army rises from the graveyard earth in Autumn's battlefield
- Drink Twice — Arthur and Henry argue over Ash's allegiance while he ignores them
- Shot — Ash recites the S-Mart shotgun speech to the skeptical medieval villagers
- Shot — Evil Ash rises from the pit and assembles the Deadite skeleton army
- Chug — Ash defeats Evil Ash and declares 'Hail to the king, baby' in the S-Mart epilogue
Themed Cocktail
Klaatu Barada Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 1 oz ginger beer
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine mezcal, Ancho Reyes, lime juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into a copper mug or rocks glass over crushed ice.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir once.
- 4Dash bitters over the top and garnish with a lime wedge and a small plastic skeleton pick.
