The Evolved Cosmo
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz elderflower gin
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.25 oz rose water
- 1 oz sparkling rosé
- 1 edible flower for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Combine elderflower gin, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, and rose water in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds until cold and blush-colored.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass — no martini glass, that's the old version.
- 4Top with a small pour of sparkling rosé.
- 5Float an edible flower on top — it's the Cosmo, but older and trying something new.
