Ingredients:

  • 2 oz mezcal
  • 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz agave nectar
  • 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. 1Shake mezcal, grapefruit juice, Aperol, and agave nectar with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  3. 3Top with sparkling water.
  4. 4Stir once gently.
