The Boyd Plan

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila añejo
• 0.5 oz mezcal
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz agave syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash black lava salt on top

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
3. 3Finish with a single dash of black lava salt dropped in the center.
4. 4Serve without garnish — the darkness is the garnish.
