Kronk's Spinach Puff Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz midori melon liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz matcha-honey syrup
• 0.5 oz egg white or aquafaba
• 1 tsp fresh ginger juice

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, midori, lime juice, matcha-honey syrup, egg white, and ginger juice in a shaker.
2. 2Dry shake without ice for 15 seconds — Kronk always does the prep work first.
3. 3Add ice and shake again hard for 12 seconds.
4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. 5Garnish with a single fresh basil leaf pressed flat into the foam — Kronk's signature flourish.
