Alabama Sweet Tea Smash

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 3 oz sweet tea
• Fresh mint and peach

Instructions

1. 1Muddle 3 fresh mint leaves and a peach slice with honey syrup at the bottom of a tall glass
2. 2Fill the glass with ice and add bourbon, peach schnapps, and lemon juice
3. 3Stir from the bottom to incorporate the muddled peach and mint
4. 4Top with cold sweet tea and stir once more gently
5. 5The bourbon and peach should feel unmistakably Southern — warm, sweet, and a little dangerous
6. 6Garnish with a fresh peach wedge, a mint bouquet, and a lemon wheel on the rim
