Waystar Old-Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz Knob Creek bourbon
• 0.25 oz demerara syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 1 large ice sphere
• 1 orange peel for expression

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, demerara syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until well diluted and chilled.
3. 3Place a large ice sphere into a heavy crystal rocks glass.
4. 4Strain the cocktail over the ice sphere.
5. 5Express an orange peel over the glass, run it around the rim, and drop it in — power looks expensive.
