Themed Cocktail
Waystar Old-Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Knob Creek bourbon
- 0.25 oz demerara syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 large ice sphere
- 1 orange peel for expression
Instructions:
- 1Combine bourbon, demerara syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir for 30 seconds until well diluted and chilled.
- 3Place a large ice sphere into a heavy crystal rocks glass.
- 4Strain the cocktail over the ice sphere.
- 5Express an orange peel over the glass, run it around the rim, and drop it in — power looks expensive.
