The Amsterdam Fog

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz jenever gin
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine jenever, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a highball glass over ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
4. 4Twist a lemon peel over the glass and drop it in.
