Mountain Town Mule

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz blanco tequila
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 4 oz spicy ginger beer
• 1 tsp Tajin for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim a copper mug with Tajin by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping.
2. 2Fill the mug with crushed ice and add tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar.
3. 3Stir briefly and top with spicy ginger beer.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel and a small orange parka toothpick flag — RIP Kenny, again.
