Hanson's Haunt

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz black cherry liqueur
• 2 oz sparkling water
• Pinch of black salt

Instructions

1. 1Rim a coupe glass with black salt.
2. 2Combine mezcal, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and black cherry liqueur in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds and strain into the prepared coupe.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Garnish with a dehydrated hibiscus flower on the rim — hauntingly good.
