Angela's Night Vision

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz green Chartreuse
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 1 tsp matcha powder (dissolved in 0.5 oz warm water, cooled)

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, green Chartreuse, lime juice, honey syrup, and matcha liquid in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir once gently.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel and serve with a green paper straw for the night-vision effect.
