Chestnut Mall Security Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz amaro Montenegro
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, amaro, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
3. 3Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. 5Dot Peychaud's bitters on the foam and serve immediately.
