Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
0.5 oz amaretto
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white

Instructions

1Dry shake bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake vigorously for another 12 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Let the foam settle before serving.
